This morning we dragged ourselves out of bed and made the trek to Shinjuku station to exchange our rail passes and head to Osaka on our first bullet train.
The train ride only took 2.5 hours to travel over 500kms and it was super smooth, so much so we barely noticed how long the journey took.
The weather is a lot cooler here in Osaka which makes me happy, hopefully I will no longer be a ball of sweat and frizzy hair for the next few days.
Osaka seems a lot more laid back and calmer than Tokyo but just as cool for what we have seen so far.
Our day tomorrow is going to consist of shopping, eating, drinking and definitely some more eating.
We had an epic dinner tonight of all you can eat BBQ meats, so Kristian has decided we are going to have at least two lunches tomorrow to make sure we can try as much food as possible.
